There are three levels of approval:
- By the project manager
- By the line manager
- By the administration/controller
The approval options are:
- Planned absence (for example: holiday or sickness)
- Project booking by the project manager
- Timesheet of the employee by the line manager
- Approved weekly report by administration/control

The line manager can approve the weekly reports for the employee within their departments. He/she has the option to look at the approved week. |
