Activities and projects can be planned in advance. TimeTell has the possibility to plan (and to register time) in five areas:

• Activities
• Employees
• Projects
• Clients
• Costs/departments

Planning can either be in time or in money (time * rate). TimeTell contains the functionality to present time planning graphically.

Before, after and during project phases, it is possible to compare the actual plan with the reference plans, to have an understanding and ongoing overview of progress. By using the planning and budget module project leaders and managers have a powerful tool in order to maintain control of their projects.
